"Just purchased an IS350 here and it couldn't have been a more pleasant and satisfying transaction. The sales staff, particularly Neil and Brent, are just great. They are totally professional, hands off/non-pressure kind of guys, let you test drive the car on your own, and know pretty much everything you need to know about any of the cars. I purchased from Putnam in the past but I would return to Magnussons first for a purchase transaction.I think it is important to note that the sales folks and finance manager seem to have quite a bit of flexibility on price and financial terms to make the customer happy. What made it even easier was that we managed to come to an agreement on price by email and finally phone before I went to the dealership using Edmunds TMV as my starting point - they even beat that price! Overall, I highly recommend this place if you are considering a Lexus purchase.
